Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: August 2026 By purchasing or booking a session with Jeanie Barat, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Rescheduling & Cancellations I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time using the rescheduling link provided in your booking confirmation email. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full and will be considered used. If you purchased a prepaid session or 4-session package, a cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in that session being deducted from your available sessions. No-Shows & Missed Appointments If you do not attend, answer, or otherwise make yourself available for your scheduled session, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. For phone or remote sessions, it is the client's responsibility to be available at the scheduled appointment time and to ensure that the contact information provided when booking is accurate. A missed or no-show appointment is not eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement session. Session & Package Expiration Individual Sessions: Individual sessions must be used within 60 days of the original purchase date. Any unused individual session will expire 60 days after purchase and will no longer be available for booking, credit, or refund. 4-Session Packages: All four sessions included in a 4-session package must be used within 120 days of the original package purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after 120 days will expire and will no longer be available for booking, credit, extension, or refund. Rescheduling an appointment does not extend the applicable expiration period. Rescheduled individual sessions must occur within 60 days of the original purchase date, and sessions purchased as part of a 4-session package must occur within 120 days of the original package purchase date. Refund Policy All sales are final once a session or package has been purchased and booked. No refunds will be issued for purchased and booked sessions or packages, including unused, canceled, late-canceled, missed, or expired sessions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
